Mieteteira Bicicleteira appears to be Chicleteira Bicicleteira in a Reaper costume. It has red eyes, the gumballs are monotone shades and so is the bike. It is holding a scythe, and it is standing on its bike as well as tilting it at an angle. The bike also contains a basket full of Halloween candy.
